Our 150-year-old orchard comes alive each autumn as the apple harvest begins. The fruit is carefully hand-picked and pressed into our small-batch estate apple juice — a tradition that connects Dripsey’s heritage to the present day and continues to delight our guests.
Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. From the organic produce grown in our gardens to the hydroelectric power that runs the estate, we are proud to offer experiences that tread lightly on the earth while delivering the highest standard of luxury.
The Manor House itself is part of the story. Ongoing restoration work preserves its heritage and ensures that each detail reflects the elegance and charm of the estate’s past, while creating an inspiring setting for the future.
